I tried it, it tastes AMAZING! Will deffo be making this often! I had no idea adding protein powder would make it still taste as good! and thanks so much for liking my page hun! hope you have a lovely weekend! xx

My fav 2 scoops 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder 1-2 tbsp peanut or almond butter 1/4 cup dry oatmeal 1/2 banana 1cup almond milk 1cup ice
It makes like 2-3 cups after blending so I’ll typically drink it from 8-11!
Thoughts or suggestions?
Sometimes I’ll just do the protein plain with the oatmeal to just keep calories down of course… Used to have this at 24 hr fitness as my after workout recovery.. Drink like 1 cup and save the rest for the afternoon…

Perfect carbohydrate and protein mix. Even more powerful with a fruit or veggie mixed in also. You are correct, a 1 cup (8oz. serving) is perfect portion. Way to go.
